When I was young, I loved attending Nigerian events and all the yummy food.Being real with you, I was always somewhat disappointed when I tasted some of the small chopz. Compared to the main dishes like jollof rice, fried rice, swallows, and assorted meats, treats like chin chin, meat pie, and puff puff are left behind. I was apalled. Why give people crunchy yum-yums when the food is only crunchy but not yummy. Ha ba!

Chin chin, and the other small chopz, to me, is an art. It is a method of sharing joy! When my mom made chin chin when I was young, I knew that it was a good day. FreshChopz is a way for me to also Nigerian snacks officially on the map and share Naija small chopz globally.
